I provide mats and all the equipment you need but with COVID precautions in place I recommend you bring your own mat and whatever props you have. Also bring a towel to cover any blankets or bolsters used. Any other equipment used needs to be cleaned with the disinfectant spray provided.

Its not ideal to eat right before a class (ideally you don't eat for 2-3 hours beforehand) but if do eat try something light.

Wear exercise type clothes its important that you're comfortable and we do yoga in bare feet so no need for shoes.

Its a good idea to drink water before and after class rather than during.

Classes start on time so try and arrive 10 minutes before so you have time speak to the teacher and
relax before the class starts.

Let your teacher know if you have any injuries, illnesses, are menstruating or are pregnant. Modifications and alternatives can be given so everyone can participate in class together.

You don't need to be flexible to do yoga in fact all you need is to be curious and come along and try it. if you have any questions or concerns please contact Leisa.
