Yoga retreats are a wonderful opportunity for us to immerse ourselves in the practice of Yoga. Retreats provide us with a longer period of time together to focus on our yoga without the day to day distractions being at home brings. Along with more individual attention from the teacher, students find this environment deepens their understanding of the practice and themselves.
Whilst on retreat we practice yoga asana , pranayama and meditation, have yoga discussions and enjoy beautiful vegetarian food. There is free time for you to do as you wish and you are encouraged to slow down and relax with periods of silence and reflection.
For weekend retreats a $100 deposit will secure your place. The easiest way to pay is by bank transfer. If you are unable to pay this way you can pay in class or contact me using the form below and we can make other arrangements.
